Ruber and Ketty Leal are the Family Ministries Co-Directors for the Texas Conference, and founders of ForeverONE© Ministries. Since 2008, hundreds of families in Texas and across the U.S. have been revitalized through their marriage retreats and parenting workshops. The Leal’s have written articles for several magazines, books and videos on family matters. Between 1998-2005 Ruber and Ketty worked with Family Life International and were also involved in taking the Family Life Education Certificate at Andrews University.

Ruber currently pastors the Garland Faith Community Seventh-day Adventist Church in Garland, Texas; while Ketty is the supervisor for the Microbiology Lab at Methodist Richardson Medical Center in Richardson, Texas.

They are proud parents of a 19 year old daughter, Yarianni, and a 14 year old son, Jeriel. The Leals have been married for twenty two years.




Carlos Craig is the President of the Texas Conference, which has over 50,000 members. Carlos and his wife, Leticia, have been in ministry in the Texas Conference since 2000.

They served in Los Angeles, California, before coming to Texas. Carlos has served the Texas Conference as Executive Secretary, Executive Vice-president for Evangelism and Hispanic Ministires and Youth Department. With a degree in Theology and Education and a MDiv from Fuller Theology Seminary, he and Leticia have been married for nearly 30 years, and are proud parents of 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.

 




Buford and Carmen Griffith have been involved in Family Ministries for over 30 years as an integral part of their ministry. Currently Buford serves as Executive Secretary and Family Ministries Director of the Southwestern Union Conference. Marriage counseling and conducting marital retreats is their great passion.

They love experiencing the joy of seeing married couples finding and re-discovering happiness as they unite with each other in a Christ-centered relationship. They are the proud parents of 3 adult children, grandparents of 4, and have been married for over 45 years.




Paul Coneff is the director of Straight 2 the Heart's non-profit prayer and discipleship ministry. He is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, with an M.A. in Religion, and over 22 years in pastoral ministry.

After spending 10,000 hours of clinical and pastoral counseling, Paul believes that prayer is the greatest power on earth because prayer connects us with “Christ, the Wonderful Counselor,” and the simple – yet supernatural power of His suffering, death and resurrection. He is the author of, “The Hidden Half of the Gospel: Connecting Your Story To Jesus’ Story,” with Lindsey Gendke.




Willie S. and Wilma Lee are the Family Ministries Co-Directors for the Southwest Region Conference. Willie S. is currently a doctoral candidate at the Denver Theological Seminary with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Wilma K. Lee is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and has her master’s degree in Social Work. She has authored QuickStart Guide to Family Ministries, published by AdventSource, and Marriage Is for Friends, a curriculum for African-American couples. The Lees have been married for more than 40 years and they are the parents of three adult children (one of whom is deceased) and three beautiful grandchildren.




Minner, Jr. and Evelyn Labrador serve as Director of Church Ministries, and the Men's Ministries of the Southwestern Union Conference. Minner has pastored, and served in several conferences as Men’s Ministries Director, and hosted a radio call-in talk show dealing with marriage, parenting, sexual integrity, finances, etc.

Evelyn worked many years as a Sheriff’s child protection services investigator in Florida. Together the Labrador's are founders and creators of the Men's Ministries television series "Old Man New Man," which airs on Hope Television around the world. They have been married for over 28 years and have two adult sons.
